For people affected by controlling or manipulative relationships
Kemina FulwoodYou’ve spent enough of it
working around someone else.
Of the control tactics. The manipulation. Questioning practically everything you say or do.
Perhaps you’re still dealing with them. Perhaps the relationship is over and it still gets to you. Or you’ve spent so long adjusting that you don’t know what you want anymore.
Choose the line that hits home. We’ll look at where you are and what could be different.
You may be decisive at work, dependable with friends and capable of handling enormous responsibility. Yet around one person, you hesitate. Here, there is room to explore that contradiction without turning it into another reason to judge yourself.

THE PERSON YOU’LL BE DOING THIS WITH

I take this work seriously.
Myself? Less so.
You can bring the complicated story, the chaos and anger, the bit you’re embarrassed to admit, or the “I know better, so why the hell am I still doing this?” You don’t need to tidy it up for me.
I know what it’s like to see the control clearly and still have it get to you. That’s part of why I’ve spent decades investigating what actually changes things, and what allows that change to hold when you’re back living your life.
And I mean your whole life. What you want. Who you’re close to. How you work, rest, enjoy yourself and make decisions. Whether you can be with someone without quietly disappearing in the process.
When you’ve prioritised and excused other people for long enough, their opinion can become yours. You can get to a point where you think:
“What the fuck do I actually want?”
I want to know what happens when you make the decision. When you stop carrying something that was never yours. When you want something that doesn’t fit the role everyone’s used to you playing.
That’s where we look at what’s changed and what still needs work. We get specific. We can be honest. We can have a laugh along the way.
I’ve spent sixteen years in corporate and agency work and more than a decade in practice. The Sovereign Self System brings that experience together with the investigation I’ve kept pursuing: what keeps these issues active, and what it takes for change to hold.
A bit more of my storyCome as you are.
We’ll work with what’s actually there.
Imagine closing your hand around a rock. Each finger is something keeping an issue in place: a fear, a belief, an attachment, a responsibility or an underlying safety concern.
One finger opens. That matters. But if the others are still holding, you’re still carrying the rock.
We work through what is still holding. When the whole grip opens, you drop the rock. Your attention is available for your life.
An illustration of the approach. We check what has changed when you’re back in the situations that used to catch you.
Fear, belief, attachment, responsibility, safety. Each can be part of what is holding.
You’ve made the decision. You’ve rehearsed the words. Then the moment arrives and you hear yourself saying yes. Explore what might sit underneath that response.
THE PRESSURE INDEX / A FREE QUIZ BY THE COHERENCE LAB
You hold things together. But can you switch off, say what you want and allow someone to support you?
Perhaps you say yes before checking what you want. Explain a simple no three different ways. Or finally sit down, only to find another job that needs doing.
Explore ten everyday moments and get a personal snapshot based on your answers, with a useful place to begin.

You bring what’s happening. I look for what’s keeping it in place, and we work through the connected issues. Seventeen private, one-hour sessions, online via WhatsApp video, with your actual life guiding the work.
Begin with what is happening in your life: a conversation, a reaction, a decision or a recurring difficulty. Kemina uses dialogue, body awareness and muscle testing within her approach to explore what is relevant.
Work with the fears, beliefs, attachments and survival themes connected with that pattern, using declarations, energetic work and guided practices.
Use coherence anchors and choose a relevant action for everyday life. Between sessions, return to your tools and record what you notice so the next session builds on your experience.
It’s Tuesday. Something has rattled you. You want a practice, a protocol or a way to get clear - not another browser full of conflicting advice. Your dashboard brings your tools together, alongside a record of how things are changing.
Carefully chosen tools. Clear guidance. Many practices under five minutes, so support fits into the life you’re actually living.

You make a decision and stay clear when someone disagrees. Finish work with energy for yourself. Allow someone close without losing your own voice. The 17 thresholds give us a structure for working with the connected issues beneath those everyday moments, with your experience guiding each session.
Can you hold a boundary, but still hide what you want? Be seen at work, but struggle to be known in a relationship? Feel steady alone, then lose yourself around someone else’s disapproval?
These are different parts of the same life. The Sovereign Self System is designed to explore the wider pattern: underlying safety, personal capacities, identity, relationships, change, life choices and connection. The intention is greater coherence across those areas, with room for the whole of you.

Take part in the research survey ↗Every perspective has a place.
You can ask about your situation without having the whole journey worked out.
Yes. The focus is your experience and the patterns affecting you, whether the relationship involves a partner, parent, family member, manager, colleague or friend.
No. You may describe what happened as narcissistic behaviour, manipulation or control, or still be finding words for it. You do not need to diagnose someone else to explore how the experience affects you.
You can enquire while contact continues. Discuss your circumstances with Kemina so you can decide whether the program fits your needs. Internal work does not change another person’s behaviour or replace practical protection and support.
You can be confident in many areas of life and still find one relationship confusing or difficult. There is room to explore that experience without making it another reason to judge yourself.
Regular check-ins record your emotional and behavioural experience. Available physiological data comes from measurements you provide. Together they help document change over time; they do not diagnose a condition or establish which part of the work caused a change.
Research about stress and physiology informs aspects of the approach. The layered model, threshold architecture and energetic practices belong to Kemina’s methodology. The complete Sovereign Self System does not yet have independent clinical trial validation. The dashboard documents individual experiences and available measurements.
