Who to contact

The Coherence Lab is operated by Kemina Fulwood in Queensland, Australia. For privacy questions, access requests, corrections or complaints, email kemina@coherencelaboratory.com.

What information is involved

Depending on your participation, records may include your name, contact details, booking information, agreed payment arrangement, intake answers, consent and agreement records, session notes, assigned actions, check-ins and reflections. Optional physiological records may include wearable observations, cortisol results, collection dates, units and kit tracking. Coherence Maps may contain personal information.

Please share only what is relevant to the work. Tell Kemina if you would prefer to discuss something in a session rather than include it in a form or message.

Why it is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver sessions, support your journey, administer accounts and agreements, track kits, maintain records and send service-related messages. Sensitive information should be collected with your consent where required. Newsletter subscription and optional anonymised-data sharing are separate choices.

Who can access it

Kemina and your assigned practitioner need access to the records relevant to supporting you. Service providers process the information needed to operate the service. This public website is hosted through Netlify. Booking links take you to Cal.com, and email links open your email service. WhatsApp is used for calls and brief support. The updated client service is not accepting information through this website.

Organisation-sponsored participation requires a clear explanation of any reporting to the sponsor. Individual session notes and Coherence Maps are not routine HR reports. Any aggregate reporting must account for consent and the risk that someone could be identified in a small group.

AI, overseas processing and security

This public website does not collect client records for AI interpretation.

Some providers may process information outside Australia. Ask Kemina about the providers and handling arrangements relevant to your participation before sharing sensitive information. No online service can promise absolute security.

Keeping, accessing and correcting records

You can request access to your personal information, ask for a correction, or ask about deletion and retention. Identity may need to be verified before records are released. Some records may need to be retained for legal or administrative reasons; any limitation on a request should be explained.

Contact Kemina to ask about the retention period and disposal arrangements for your records. Withdrawing optional marketing or data-sharing consent does not automatically erase records that must be retained.

Messages, cookies and complaints

Marketing emails should include an unsubscribe option. Essential account and session messages are separate from marketing. This release has no client-data submission forms. Please do not send sensitive health information in an initial enquiry.

Google Analytics is optional and loads on public pages only after you accept analytics cookies. It uses browser identifiers and public-page visit information to help us understand website use. Advertising features are disabled in the website configuration. Client, practitioner and login pages do not include the Analytics loader. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. Declining leaves the website available and does not load Google Analytics. Google may process analytics information outside Australia. See Google’s privacy information.
