Your questions will adapt to your experience and gender. Positive experiences, difficult experiences and views that challenge the premise are equally welcome. Follow-up questions appear where your answers give us something to explore.

What we collect
Your selected answers, optional background details and written responses. We do not ask for your name, email, employer or login. Please avoid sharing identifying details or sensitive medical information.
Where it goes
Responses are collected through Netlify Forms and accessible to Kemina and authorised website administrators. Netlify hosts and processes the submission and may process technical information such as IP addresses for security and spam prevention, including outside Australia. We therefore do not promise complete anonymity.
How it will be used
To explore themes and inform The Coherence Lab’s writing, discussions and future work on leadership and workplaces. Public findings will be grouped and small groups may be combined or omitted to reduce identification risk. Written excerpts will only be published if you separately agree, with identifying details removed.
Your choices
You can skip most questions or leave before submitting. Raw survey responses will be retained for up to 24 months, then deleted or de-identified. Save the response reference shown after submission if you may want to request withdrawal or deletion. Without that reference, we may not be able to identify your response.
