FOR PEOPLE AFFECTED BY CONTROLLING OR MANIPULATIVE RELATIONSHIPS

Your own mind.
Your own decisions.
Your own bloody life.

Haven’t you had enough of working around someone else? Their moods, their expectations, their version of what happened. Perhaps the relationship is over. You’re still living with the doubt, the guilt or the rules it left behind.

I’m Kemina. I designed the Sovereign Self System to work through the connected issues keeping those responses active. The aim is completion: the issue stops running you. You can work out what you want, stand behind your decisions and put your own life into motion.

17 private, one-hour sessions with Kemina Fulwood, online via WhatsApp video.

You might be here because

You know what you want.
Then their reaction arrives.

You rehearse the conversation, then soften your decision. Read their message again and again. Keep the peace, then lie awake with everything you did not say.

You can be capable, perceptive and clear when you are alone, and still lose your footing around one person’s reaction. Understanding what happened has not necessarily changed what happens inside you.

We begin with the moments that still catch you, without turning them into another reason to question yourself.

Beneath the response

What keeps
the pattern active?

One everyday moment. Four connected layers to explore.

“I say yes when I mean no.”

An illustrative connection to explore, rather than a conclusion about your experience.

THE INTENTION BEHIND THE DESIGN

Designed for
change that holds.

Kemina Fulwood
Founder & Architect of Coherence

You can explain the whole bloody thing and still find yourself doing it again.

That’s the gap I’m interested in. We identify what’s holding the pattern in place, then work through the connected fears, beliefs, protective responses and attachments. Declarations, bodily awareness and energetic work are parts of my method.

The aim is completion. I want more for you than getting better at managing the same issue. I want your attention available for what you want to do with your life.

We check what happens when you face the situation again.

Can you tell what you want, or do you hear their opinion first? Are you choosing the relationship, the work, the direction, or keeping everyone else comfortable? What happens when you do something differently? That gives us something real to work with in the next session.

I know how much can sit underneath looking capable. Sixteen years in corporate and agency work, more than a decade in practice and my own experience of control shaped this work. You don’t have to turn up with a tidy story or pretend you’re fine.

I won’t promise that every person will experience the same outcome. I have designed this work to go deeply, and I take the durability of change seriously.

HOW YOUR EXPERIENCE CAN CHANGE

A life shaped by you.

From being pulled in different directions to living, choosing and acting as a whole person.

Where are you now? Select a glowing point to explore. Each landmark describes a change in your experience, not a fixed session or a separate program.

Seven landmarks from Survival through Clarity, Self-authority, Freedom, Expansion and Creation to Wholeness and unity. Different threads come together over time, with support throughout.
01SurvivalManaging pressure. Holding everything together. One message from them can derail your whole day.Explore

01 / Survival

One message from them can derail your whole day.

Your attention goes into anticipating reactions, meeting expectations and managing the next problem. You may look capable while feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or unable to switch off. This is a place to begin, not a judgement about you.

02ClarityFind what still takes over, even when you understand it.You see where you say yes, explain yourself or go quiet.Explore

02 / Clarity

You see where you say yes, explain yourself or go quiet.

You may already understand your patterns. Here we look at the moments when that understanding is not enough: what happens under pressure, where you lose your footing and what still needs attention beneath the visible response.

03Self-authorityYou decide without abandoning yourself.Someone disagrees. You stay clear about what you want.Explore

03 / Self-authority

Someone disagrees. You stay clear about what you want.

Your own judgement has a place in your decisions. You can hear another perspective, change your mind when it makes sense and stay connected without automatically giving up what matters to you. This is sovereignty in everyday life.

04FreedomThe issue stops running you.Their message arrives. You read it. Your day carries on.Explore

04 / Freedom

Their message arrives. You read it. Your day carries on.

Completion is the intention of the work: the issue no longer organising your response or your life. We look at what actually changes in everyday situations. One issue can lose its hold while another becomes clear; we work with what is showing up.

05ExpansionEnergy for what you actually want. You finish work with something left for yourself.Explore

05 / Expansion

You finish work with something left for yourself.

As less attention goes into managing the same responses, more can become available for connection, enjoyment, health, meaningful work and desire. There is room to enjoy people, want things and explore what comes next.

06CreationBuild the life you choose.Choose the relationship. Make the change. Build a life you enjoy.Explore

06 / Creation

Choose the relationship. Make the change. Build a life you enjoy.

Your choices become actions: a conversation you have been avoiding, a change in work, a relationship you choose or an ordinary week you enjoy. Creation can include ambition, a peaceful home, closeness or a direction that feels like yours.

07Wholeness & unityWhat you feel, want, say and do can work together. You remain yourself while being close to others.Explore

07 / Wholeness & unity

You remain yourself while being close to others.

Different needs and parts of you can work together without becoming identical or disappearing. You can remain yourself and connect with others. Wholeness does not mean never facing difficulty again; the direction is greater coherence in how you meet life.

Less of your life spent managing the issue.
More of your life available to live.

Different areas can change at different times. These are landmarks, not seven fixed blocks or a promised timetable. Your experience guides the work.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A PRIVATE SESSION

We work with
what still takes over.

Bring the reaction you hate having. The decision you keep circling. The part you can’t quite explain. We find what’s holding it in place, work through the connected issues and check what happens in your life. These illustrations show what we do within sessions, not another program you need to learn.

01 / MIRROR

Find what is really holding you.

What feels dangerous about saying no? Losing their love? Being called selfish? Discovering that they only stay when you agree? We identify the particular fears and rules you have been living by, so something familiar becomes clear enough to work with.

SUPPORT BETWEEN SESSIONS

The session ends.
The support stays.

Difficult moments can come up as familiar patterns change. Your sessions, agreed between-session contact and selected tools give you somewhere to turn. We confirm the direct-contact arrangements together before you begin.

THE STRUCTURE BEHIND THE WORK

The 17 areas
we work through.

The journey above describes how your experience can change. These 17 areas, called thresholds, describe what we work with to support that change. They are not seven extra steps, and the reference numbers are not a timetable of promised outcomes.

Each area explores connected fears, beliefs and protective responses. Open the ones that speak to you. You do not need to learn this map before beginning.

Want to see the depth? 17 thresholds · 508 inventory branches · 83 protocols
17Threshold territories

83Protocols in the experience library

A detailed map supports thoroughness. It does not mean you need to endorse every statement or process every branch separately.

Purpose, enjoyment and connection belong throughout the work. What matters to you, what you want to create, receiving without a sense of debt and caring without carrying everyone else are part of the wider picture.

Before you begin

A few practical questions.

Can I begin while I still have contact with this person?

Tell Kemina about your circumstances so you can discuss whether this process fits your needs. The work focuses on you; it cannot change another person’s behaviour or replace practical protection.

Do I have to complete every possible fear and belief?

No. The structure supports breadth, but each session follows what is relevant to you. The aim is thoroughness, not working through an inventory for its own sake.

Do I need a wearable device?

Ask about the measurement options when enquiring. The dashboard includes reported check-ins; physical data depends on the measurements available to you.

Is there a group option?

Group delivery is being developed. This page describes the private 17-session journey.

What does it cost?

The full 17-session program is $6,300 AUD. Pay in full or in three monthly payments of $2,100 AUD, with a total payable of $6,300 AUD.

What is the evidence behind the approach?

Research about stress and physiology informs aspects of the work. The threshold architecture and energetic practices belong to Kemina’s methodology; the complete program does not yet have independent clinical trial validation. Individual experiences and available measurements help document change.

Your next step

Tell me what still
takes over.

If a controlling or manipulative relationship is still shaping your reactions and decisions, tell Kemina what is happening and what you want to change. Discuss whether this work fits your situation, ask your questions and explore starting the program.
